Rachel Watts is just like any Mum, she’s caring, nurturing and always puts her two boys first. Combine this with being a TV star from the hit reality television series ‘Yummy Mummies’ and as you can imagine, scheduling in a time to get to the gym and living a healthy lifestyle can be challenging.

Rachel Watts is just like any Mum, she’s caring, nurturing and always puts her two boys first. Combine this with being a TV star from the hit reality television series ‘Yummy Mummies’ and as you can imagine, scheduling in a time to get to the gym and living a healthy lifestyle can be challenging.

It’s a blistering hot summers day and we’re catching up in a warehouse in Melbourne’s inner-city suburb of Kensington. Despite a heavy cardio workout at the gym, Rachel is full of energy, has a beaming smile and bubbly disposition.

Today, she enthusiastically shares with us how she maintains her energy, some tips on staying healthy during pregnancy and how she smashes out fast, nutritious snacks for her beautiful boys Harvey and Harry.

We also explore how Rachel fell in love with fitness and she confesses she probably only started exercising when she met her husband Jason. “At the start of the week, I try to set myself up to train four or five times a week, however, I’m happy if I can get to the gym or do some sort of activity three to four times a week”.
