This aged, traditionally vinegared [Orléans Method] red wine is 100% estate grown at Sutton Grange in Victoria using bio-dynamic, organic principles. Unlike its dead [pasteurised] watered down counterparts, this is literally ‘alive’ with the MOV and is a FULL STRENGTH vinegar.

Orders sent to an Australian address
Free Delivery (Australia Wide) for orders over $125AUD to an Australian address

Orders under $125AUD are sent via courier or standard post as calculated at checkout
We are more than happy to write delivery instructions as instructed by customer. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then responsibility of order once delivered by courier is that of the customer not Hilbilby Cultured Food.

Orders sent to outside of Australia
Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the size of order and is calculated at checkout. Hilbilby Cultured Food uses standard air postage.

Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs law in your country before placing your order. Hilbilby Cultured Food is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.


 

Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our policy is valid for 30 days, if your purchase was 30 (or more) days ago, then these refunds or exchanges are not applicable.

Only items purchased on the Yo Life website can be returned for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase is required.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Hilbilby will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest care and consideration of safety. In the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state or error of goods received than ordered online please contact Hilbilby Cultured Food immediately to discuss replacement of goods
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
