Damaged or Incorrect Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrectly dispatched, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order details and a photograph of the damaged goods within SEVEN days of delivery receipt. Our team will happily assist you with organising a replacement or refund.
Please retain the damaged product for potential inspection and return (at FERMIO LAB’s expense) until advised otherwise.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide store credit for change of mind purchases. You can cancel or modify your order before dispatch by getting in contact with us via e-mail at [email protected] or call our dispatch team on (02) 8197 1141 during business hours. We are not able to amend orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
