We need the following: 1. A photo for proof of damage sent to our email. 2. We must receive the photo and the photo must be taken on the arrival date. 3. Packaging must be in the photo.
If it looks like the damage is from the delivery service providers we take no responsibility for damages and there will be no refund or return.
If we acknowledge that the damage is from a faulty bag.
We will then forward you the address to return the package at your own expense which will be refunded upon sending your new bag.
