They are Vacuumed sealed to lock in the freshness as well as make it super easy for us to transport them to you!

Domestic After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Courier or Australia Post within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Free shipping does not apply to PO boxes
International After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will ship your order using Australia Post and then issue you with a unique tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for taxes, duties, tariffs or otherwise, associated with the goods entering your designated country or being stored for collection in your designated country. If you are not 100% satisfied with the Rumbles Paleo Product you received, please return the remaining products, original purchase receipt and contact information (preferably email address) to: Rumbles Paleo, 16 Manuka Drive, Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156
We will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of an online voucher or back to the Card it was purchased on once the following conditions have been met:
Valid for purchases made within Australia Only Claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date You must provide the original purchase receipt (copies not accepted) You must provide a detailed description of the fault or issue with the product(s) This refund policy does not apply to goods which if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Signuped post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
