Shipping Policy
Sydney metro deliveries occur Monday – Friday, 3am - 6:30am.
Please do not use a work address unless someone will be onsite during these hours. We do not take responsibility for orders left at unattended/inaccessible workplaces. Feel free to leave delivery instructions, especially if you live in an apartment, for example, "Please enter building and leave at apartment door".
ACT, QLD, VIC + outside Sydney metro deliveries occur Tuesday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
We are unable to accept delivery time requests as we use an external delivery service who organises the most efficient delivery route based on multiple deliveries. We support this idea because it means a greener future for everyone :) We pack your order in a styrofoam box with long lasting ice packs to ensure their safe delivery to you.
Feel free to leave delivery instructions in the event you're not home at the time of delivery, for example, "Leave on front porch". You will receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it's progress. If you are unsure of your delivery day, please email us to confirm: [email protected]
Refund Policy
Life sometimes gets in the way, we get that. Full Refund if cancelled BEFORE 10am to commence the cleanse the next day - you can email to [email protected]
e.g. You have ordered to start Monday morning, you will need to advise us before 10am Sunday to claim a full refund. Or you have ordered to start Wednesday morning, you will need to advise us before 10am Tuesday to claim a full refund.
Refunds or redeliveries due to delivery issues are allocated when deliveries arrive in non-consumable condition or do not arrive at all. Refunds or redeliveries in the event of a delivery being stolen are unfortunately not offered as we do not take responsibility for the orders once delivered. Our delivery times (3am-6:30am Monday to Friday) are clearly listed on the website.
