Returns A full refund including postage or replacement will be offered for damaged and/or faulty goods. Please email us with details of the damaged goods including a photo of the item within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to process your claim.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will take the required actions to rectify your order.
Refunds or returns can not be accepted for change of mind purchases.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled up until the time that they have been shipped. Once orders have left our facility, we are unable to cancel orders or complete refunds. Should you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible.
