Standard orders and will be sent with AUSTRALIA POST via – Eparcel documentation with a tracking number that will be provided to you by Australia Post. A Signature will be required to collect your purchase.

Deliveries can take up to 14 working days but we strive to ensure most people get their product within 10 – 14 days inclusive. Refund Policy

Karma Rub is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however Karma Rub will replace goods that have been damaged or lost in transit. Lack of delivery by Australia Post can be proven with the new eparcel system of tracking. If Australia Post verifies that a package has been lost in transit we will gladly send out another order.
