When will my FETTLE order be shipped?
We want you to be sporting your Fettle Active Wear as soon as possible. We will therefore ship your order within 48 hours of it being placed. Orders are shipped out during business hours from Monday – Friday. Any orders placed after hours, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long until I receive my FETTLE order?
Regular shipping is delivered within 3+ business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak periods such as Christmas.
Express shipping is delivered within the next business day from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas. Please allow 2 days for all outer suburbs.
Orders sent to New Zealand are delivered between 3-10 business days.
Orders sent to all other countries are delivered up to 10-12 business days.
How do I return a FETTLE purchase?
We think that you will love your Fettle Active Wear as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange, within 14 days of purchase. Please note, this excludes any sale items and gift coupon purchases. All sale items are non-refundable. To request a return, please email us at [email protected] so that we can resolve any issues.
Conditions of return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All returned items must be returned in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging with original tagging attached).
We may refuse to issue a refund or exchange for returned goods if they are worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all orders. Fettle is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to exchange an item(s), Fettle will issue you with a refund to make a new order.
How to return a FETTLE item?
Ensure your return adheres to the conditions above
Contact us at Fettle via [email protected] to notify us of your intended return or exchange. We will reply with a returns form and address for returns item(s). Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
Post your item(s) to Fettle using a traceable delivery service. Please note, Fettle cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe.
What to include in your return? Item/s you wish to return, your returns form, and a copy of your Fettle invoice so we can track this back to your order payment to issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item for exchange, please note we can only exchange items that are of equal dollar value to the returned item. Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be issued.
