Application: For best results use in conjunction with the Flow Magnesium sprays: Spray and saturate area first, then apply a fingertip of the Flex cream on top, rub in. Use as often as required, just keep the cream out of the hands of children and away from your eyes.
If used on its own, you might need to massage a larger amount of cream into skin

We combine a silky cocoa butter base with highly concentrated Magnesium Chloride, sourced from one of the world’s oldest and purest natural deposits 2km deep underground.
With pure Essential Oils and Arnica & Moringa. A little capsicum oil provides a nice warming sensation, which you might feel more strongly during physical activity, less strongly with continued use. If you prefer a cream without the warm sensation, try our Flex-Cool Magnesium Cream.

Unless stated otherwise, your Spajar Skincare Truly Natural Skincare product/s will be custom made and usually shipped within 1- 3 business days handling time once payment is received. Within Australia, we normally use Australia Post, allowing you to track any deliveries online. Sometimes a courier will get your goods to you. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. This takes on average between 3-8 business days within Australia, depending on where you live. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Spajar Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Spajar Skincare cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

If you would like to pick up your order, please select this during checkout. Otherwise we will ship your order via Australia Post or courier. The most economical shipping rate will be calculated for you automatically during checkout once you supply your shipping address.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.
We aim to surprise and delight. But if for some reason you are unhappy with your Spajar Skincare purchase, please let us know why and email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your delivery to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. We cannot accept an order shipped back to us without an RA number.
We will happily offer a replacement, or –at your choice- process a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer. Once you have received your RA number, you are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping the return order back to Spajar Skincare within 30 days of your original purchase, with the RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package. The product must be fully intact for a refund to be processed, so please do package your return with care. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, please consider getting a registered tracking number for that return shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorise a return if more than 30 days have gone by since your order.
