HOW TO
Add 2 scoops (40g) of powder with 250-300ml of liquid of choice (dairy/nut milk, coconut- or filtered water) into a shaker bottle and shake well. Alternatively, blend with fruit to make a power smoothie. Enjoy immediately.
Recipe tip: Blend 2 scoops (40g) protein powder with 250ml of dairy/almond milk, 1 ripe banana, (optional 1 Tbs peanut butter, ice cubes, dash of honey for added sweetness). Also nice combined with berries.

DELIVERY TIMES We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of placing your order (Monday to Friday). Please note, the below delivery time frames apply once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times of 2-8 business days are to be expected (depending on the location). If the delivery address is unattended at time of delivery a notification card will be left by the carrier to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your nearest post office or newsagent/pickup station.
