Vacuum blending is the latest development in blending technology, improving the quality and shelf life of smoothies.
In order to keep the high quality of the Living Food Blender and offer our customers the latest blending technology, we designed an accessory which gives you the option to convert your top-quality Living Food blender to a Vacuum Blender.
The Vacuum Blending Accessory is separate to the Living Food Blender so you can choose to vacuum or standard blend. The Vacuum Blending Accessory simply attaches to the jug lid, removing the oxygen from the jug through the top.
The Vacuum Pressure Sensor will automatically detect and stop once the oxygen has been completely removed, letting you know you’re ready to blend.
The disadvantage with Vacuum Blenders with an in-built vacuum system is the impact this feature has on the blender’s capabilities. It is not possible to use the Vacuum Function when making soup or grinding nuts and grains, which limits your blending options.
Using the Vacuum Blending Accessory is optional, which means you can still make all of your favourite soups and hot drinks in the BioChef Living Food Blender without using the Vacuum Blending Accessory!
The Living Food Vacuum Blender uses new vacuum blending technology to maximise nutrition and preserve freshness by removing the air from the blender jug prior to blending.

The BioChef Living Food Vacuum Blender features a 6-pronged blade system made from Japanese stainless steel, with 4 serrated bowl-hugging blades and 2 central, smaller and upwards facing blades. The combination of the two types and directions of blades creates a funnel or whirlpool effect, drawing the produce up and over into the blades repeatedly. Shipping Policy
All items are for shipping throughout Australia only. If you would like an item from this store and are located internationally, please visit our territory specific site for more information. Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from Monday - Friday. We use a variety of Shipping Methods depending on the item's size, weight and dimensions. We will endeavour to use the most efficient method available to us at the time of dispatch.
Majority of items in our store are shipped via Express Courier Service. Couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box and require a full street address for all deliveries. Our courier also requires a contact phone number for all deliveries. Failure to provide a street address or phone number in checkout may result in shipping delays.
If you would like your order to be shipped to your Business or Place of Work, please include both your first and last name as well as the Company name in Checkout.

1. How long will my item take to arrive?
Your order will be shipped from our Dispatch Centre in Byron Bay in Northern NSW, Australia. Please see below the approximate delivery times to your state:
NSW: 1-4 days
QLD: 1-5 days
VIC: 2-4 days
SA: 4-7 days
WA, TAS & NT: 5-10 days
2. I missed the courier, what now?
Any attempted delivery with no one to sign, without "Authority to Leave" selected on your order, will result in an attempted delivery card being left at the address. The courier delivery card will ask for you to contact the courier, to either organize a new delivery or a pick up from their depot or at nearest Australia Post Office. If you require assistance please feel free to contact Customer Support on 1800 802 924.
3. Can I give Authority to Leave?
Yes, you can. Our couriers are able to deliver to an address without a signatory if we give "Authority to Leave". To do this, simply specify that you give Authority to do so in Checkout along with clear instructions for the courier, for example: "Leave under the back porch". If "Authority to Leave" is selected, and the courier leaves the parcel, we (BioChef), hold no responsibility if the parcel is then missing from the shipping address. Selection of "Authority to Leave" is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email within 48 hours with your tracking number and a link to the couriers direct website. From here, you will be able to enter your specific tracking number, and then track your item until it is 'On Board for Delivery'! If you require any assistance to track your order, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Support on 1800 802 924.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you finish the payment today, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time.**** Note – the flat rate of $20 return freight charge for change of mind does not apply to larger items including saunas, composters and Pilates equipment. In these cases, we will use our courier to book the return freight back to Vitality 4 Life at commercial freight rates (much cheaper than normal courier or postal rates) and this subsidised charge will be invoiced to you. If you have any concerns on the return freight charges for these larger items for change of mind, please contact us here with any questions. We want you to be happy with your investment, so please contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied. In most cases we are able to work with our customers and give them the help and guidance they need to get the most out of their product. If you would like to arrange a return for a product, please contact us prior to returning the product. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Form (RAF). If an item is received back into our warehouse without this form it may be rejected and returned to sender. If the item you received is damaged or faulty we may ask for photos to be sent through prior to the return; this helps us to quickly work towards the easiest solution and is also passed through to our dispatching/product development teams to improve our procedures and processes. Please note the cost of shipping products back to our service centre for a warranty claim or return assessment are covered by the customer. Vitality 4 Life will cover the cost of sending out the repaired or replacement product to the customer once the warranty claim request has been resolved.
