Branched chain amino acids are a chemical structure of 3 amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
The Newtrition Co BCAA product has a balanced ratio of each, 2.5gm, 1.25gm and 1.25gm respectively and we did this because the breakdown in that ratio is the most researched and efficient at providing the necessary benefits that come with BCAA supplementation. Leucine tends to be supplemented in the 2,000-5,000mg range for acute usage.
