Can I return my products?
Sometimes. Yo Life is a marketplace made up of many small ‘sellers’ who run their own store within the platform. As such, each store maintains their own returns policy, which is honoured or declined at their discretion. Policies may vary based on the product, product category or business. Can l track my parcel?
Each seller arranges their own shipping. In most cases, you will be provided with a tracking number by the sellers shipping company once the shipping has been scheduled. If you have not been provided a tracking link, contact the seller directly via their store. Yo Life does not have direct tracking ability for products sold by third party supply partners.
How long will my delivery take?
As a guideline, we ask that all sellers on Yo Life fulfil orders within 10 working days, however, this may not always be possible depending on the product or service ordered. For a detailed overview check the parcel tracking link if you have been provided with one, otherwise, contact the seller, to get an estimated delivery date. The seller isn’t helping to resolve an issue with my purchase, what can I do?
We advise sellers to resolve all disputes fairly and reasonably within 10 working days. In the first instance it is best to work directly with the seller, If your dispute is unresolved, after 10 working days, and you wish to escalate it, please contact email@example.com to share your experience and we’ll endeavour to work with both all parties to resolve outstanding issues.
Do you ship internationally?
In most cases yes, however, it is important to note that international shipping costs will vary from store to store within Yo Life. It is also at the discretion of the seller to determine if their products are shipped internationally, please check with them first via their store.
