Berry ripe smoothie bowl
This is a great recipe for a nutritious breakfast or lunch, that will keep you going all day. It’s full of flavour, vitamins, good fats and the Daily Uplifter protein powder will provide your gut with the support it needs.
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs flaxseed meal
1 tsp acai powder
1 frozen banana
1 tbs frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen zucchni
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbs Uplift powder
1/2 cup coconut water.
Place all ingredients into a nutri bullet and blend. You can choose to add more or less coconut water depending on how thick you like it.
Top with cacao nibs, roasted coconut chips or your favourite crunch such as granola or muesli.
